It was founded expressly to promote the performing arts by providing festivals, shows, educational workshops, seminars and concerts. Over the years the organization has brought together outstanding talent from Oklahoma, around the United States and even international performing artists. Celebrating Our Musical Heritage is the mission.
Three festivals are presented each year, and sponsors receive recognition during all three festivals. The American Heritage Music Festival celebrates our musical heritage with three stages of stellar entertainers and features national fiddle and clogging competitions and educational workshops. The Cajun Festival, a fun event for the entire family is held on July 4 and features Cajun music, Cajun food, and vendors with a large display of arts/crafts. The Jana Jae Fiddle Camp and Music Fest is held over the Labor Day weekend and has renowned musicians from around the country perform, teach and demonstrate all styles and techniques of fiddle playing.
